I like most of Michelle M. Pillow's romance novels (Lords of the Var, Dragon Lords, etc) so I wanted to give the Galaxy Playmates a try since they were slightly connected to some of her other novels. But of the 4 in this series, there was only one that I thought was even 'okay'. In this one, Roark manipulates Sapphire's mind to make her amendable to a relationship with him, and at one point even takes control of her body to make her dance in a specific way to arouse him. The wording in the story makes it sound a little nicer than that (or at least tried to), but it really creeped me out.Product details

If you're looking for an erotic-romance with a plot, forget about this book. You'll find just raw sex and no sense -or good taste- at all.
It was short... hot.... and had humor. I've read several of Pillow's books & enjoy how she presents the story. I like she doesn't take herself or the story too seriously. I got this one free, I'll look for the rest in the series to enjoy.
Short, spicy and sensual. I loved every minute of this book. Only wish it was longer but I will just move on to the next book.
This is book 1 of the Galaxy Playmates series. This is about an exotic dancer in the galaxy. She has been bombarded with men who worship her body. Now she has one who also worships her mind. He is a telepath. He's also working her into a frenzy. But she doesn't even know what he looks like. This is a quick read but fun.
Wow what a read this is a short story but for me personally the build up until Sapphire and Roark met was crazy. Roark can read minds and control them and he has been doing that to Sapphire since he has seen her not only that the sex was amazing. This was a very good short quick read and I love most of Michelle M Pillow's book. This is also the first book in the series I'm off to read the second book can't wait. Take a try with this book if you have seen my review list and you like most of what I like then you will really like this book.
I just finished the Var series of Dragon Lords books and couldn't wait to get started on the galaxy Playmate's and I was not disappointed. Loved sapphire personality. Wished the book was a little longer. Great story
